RETURNS

If you wish to return an item please do so within 14 days. Please contact us prior to returning items, only pre-authorised returns will be processed.

A full refund excludes any delivery fees unless faulty. We advise all returns are sent recorded delivery as we cannot be held liable if returns are lost in transit as it is your property and responsibility.

In the interest of hygiene we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pierced earrings and all returns must be unworn and returned in their original condition, unless faulty.

If a non-faulty item is deemed not in its original condition once returned this will not be processed and returned to you.
