INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY £2.95

We offer International delivery from just £2.95 dependant on the product/s ordered and weight of the parcel. Cost of delivery will be shown in basket. Elsie Grace International orders are sent by Royal Mail Standard Airmail delivery. Sadly there is not a tracking service available with this delivery. However if you would prefer an alternative of an insured tracking service please contact us prior to making order so we can arrange this for you at an additional charge.

If you can't wait and need your order as soon as possible, contact us and we can arrange express delivery for an additional charge.

            

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Once you have placed your order and payment has been taken we will process and dispatch your order within 2 working days. You will receive an email confirmation once dispatched.
       
International orders will be processed as soon as possible. Standard International can take 7-10 working days, however if you have not received your order within 25 working days please contact us and we help you further with this.

Any concerns or additional queries please contact us and we will happily reply as soon as we can. We can understand how annoying it is but Elsie Grace cannot be held responsible for orders arriving late due to delays in the postal service or circumstances not in our control.
