HOW DO I MAKE AN ORDER?

Firstly browse the wonderful things we have at Elsie Grace. Browse by selecting a category, for example, necklaces, earrings or simply just select all to see all of our beautiful things. To purchase an item, click the "add to cart" button which you will find on each product page. Once you have added the item/s you wish to your cart click "checkout" and your order will then be processed. When your chosen payment method has been accepted you will receive a confirmation email. Then we will process your order and send it to you as soon as possible. All you have to do now, is get excited for the arrival of your new purchase!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO ELSIE GRACE ACCEPT?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. *Please make sure the address listed with your PayPal account is the correct mailing address for you.* If not please notify us as soon as possible.

WHAT ABOUT A CHEQUE?

Yes we accept cheques but please contact us prior to ordering so we can arrange this. Orders will be sent once your cheque has cleared. The estimated time scale for this is approx 7 days.
